About Me

I am an ADHD, caffeine-addicted hot mess, that survives by doom-scrolling social media, participating in Pride Events, advocating for my Autistic son, and collecting Funko Pops. I tend to binge shows and jot down my weird dreams in the hopes of turning them into something someone will enjoy reading. I work a full-time job, mom my three kids until they go to bed, and then write in the wee hours. I currently reside in Upstate NY, but I lived most of my teenage years and adult life in Michigan, while originally coming from North Carolina.

My partner and I met in the usual method, online gaming; and gaming has kept us together. At times it has driven us apart, but only because we are both very competitive.  He is an Air Force veteran who returned to college in 2023. In 2014 we had our adventurous and sassy daughter who loves gaming like we do. Following her, we quickly and accidentally welcomed our lovable and clever son in 2015. In 2017 he was diagnosed Autistic. In 2021 we welcomed our Covid baby, another boy. We currently have no pets, but as avid animal lovers, we hope to one day. 

I was exposed to poetry at a young age and always had an appreciation for the written word. I have always been a big reader, and have a growing library full from Tolkien to indie authors I found on TikTok. It includes literary classics, Graphic novels, Manga, and more. 

Eventually, in my MCR-driven teen years, I wrote my own angsty poetry, and that shifted into writing a novel in my thirties.

Currently have about four different projects going and excited about them all.
